Used to live in New England and was craving a Frank Pepe's (New Haven,CT) Clam pie. A friend recommended Sweet Basil and remembered how great their crust is. Ordered the clam pie with double clams. The husband was VERY happy. It was delicious. I do like a bit more char on my crust, but I have ordered it 3 times now. I wish sold their dough! Have to put the 14-inch box in the back of my SUV. Next time the named Frank Pepe's tomato pie.

This place was a really good pizza place. Their service was quick and don’t get me started on the food! Their service food was out of this world!!! The Mac and cheese is to die for, the cheese is so creamy and tasty. The pizza was astronomical meaning that it was amazing. I suggest the Neapolitan pizza and the veggie pizza but I’m pretty sure they are all so good. The atmosphere was just a different vibe. It has a classy look and the food is amazing. I strongly suggest to come to this place.

We were visiting my wife’s family and friends for the holidays in Westlake, and one of her friends suggested Sweet Basil Neapolitan Style for a meetup. It was a perfect choice! There were three parents and five kids in our group, and the restaurant’s kid-friendly vibe was a huge hit. The small arcade in the back kept the kids entertained while we waited for our food. Just make sure to bring plenty of quarters! The timing was excellent—when the kids came back for more coins, the food was ready. And let me tell you, it was fantastic! Everyone loved it, from the adults to the kids (always a win for family outings). Each family had a to-go box and pizza left over. The staff was welcoming, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the whole experience made for a memorable holiday get-together. Highly recommend Sweet Basil for anyone looking for amazing food in a family-friendly environment!

No complaints here. The staff was friendly. The pizza was tasty. Not enough sauce for me (and was charged .75 cent for a tiny side cup of it ) but nice natural flavors. Gluten free options available...always a . Air hockey/arcade in back room. Small patio which we were bummed we didn't realize was back there. Overall great night out! Everyone was pleased

We stumbled upon this place last minute. Place was closing at 10 and we arrived there at 9.40. Owner was there and we said we will take out he said no sit down we will get you fed. I was like it’s just 20 mins before your closing time still he was super nice and said we can stay. So we sat and ordered 2 pizza and sweet basil special Mac and cheese for kids. I have never seen my kids finishing Mac and cheese that quick and then jumped on our pizza too. Pizza was hand tossed and crispy thin with all fresh ingredients. Can’t sing enough how good those 2 pizzas were. All team members were super helpful and even though it was past their closing time. After we were done we spoke the owner for a while named Danny. Super nice and chill guy. It’s a must visit Neapolitan pizza place with lots of options.

Delicious!! We ordered the white pie and then had a build your own half and half with thick crust and meat and veggie varieties. We also tried the Mac and cheese which came with garlic bread. It was all so so yummy!! We went for lunch and we’re the only ones in there. We had excellent service. The game room in the back was a hidden perk! Can’t wait to return!

Nice place to dine-in for a NY style slice. We really like the variety of toppings offered, particularly feta and green olives. We had great service, pizza came out quick and was DE-LISH. We’ve had their salads before, also very good. We’ll definitely be back!
